100% EFFICIENCY CLUB AWARD

All the Clubs which fulfill the following 9 Point Programme are eligible for the 100% Efficiency Club Award.

1. All the CMR’s (Club Monthly Reports) from April 2007 to December 2007     should be received in time.

2. Annual Subscriptions should be paid on or before 31st May 2007.

3. Completion of Zone Chairman / Deputy Governor / Governor visits on     time.

4. Extension of a minimum of 2 New Clubs.

5. Mobilise 5 KCGFs from the Club.

6. President, General Secretary and Treasurer must attend OBTS / Zone     Meet / Region Meet / Zone Social / Regional Conference / District     Conference / National Convention apart from Cabinet Meetings by     President and General Secretary.

7. Organise all the Projects of Programme of the Year PREMA.

8. Organise atleast 2 International Officers Visit to the Club during the     year.

9. Organise Dawn to Dusk Programme.

Note : The Clubs should bid the Award in the prescribed form before 15th December 2007. The above Award will be given subject to the Registration and Participation at International Convention.
